Is a deposit required? A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date and time for your event or birthday party. Corporate events require a 25% deposit.
What are your space requirements for parking the plane? The dimension of our trailor requires a space approximately 15' x 30'. For birthday parties, a 2 - 3 car flat driveway is sufficient. For special events we require a 20' x 30'. Our setup is fully contained and we supply our own electricity.
How far will we travel? There is no travel fees if events are within a 50 mile radius of St. Louis City or County and St. Charles. However for birthday parties and special events outside the radius, additional travel fees are requested and negotiated at time of booking.
How many photos are included with a Birthday Party Package? Fifteen 8 x 10 photos are included and one group photo. We charge a rate of $5.00 for each additional 8 x 10 photo.
What methods of payment do we accept? We accept cash or check made payable to Little Pilots, LLC.
What are our hours of operation? Monday - Sunday 10 am - dusk.
How far in advance should reservations be made for a party or event? Our air show season begins in April and lasts until October. If reserving a weekend date, we recommend as much advance notice as possible. Our weekends book up fast, especially during spring and summer. We book only two parties per day. If planning less then four weeks in advance, we recommend a weekday or weeknight reservation.
